TRIMMED CURTAINS
MEASURING GUIDE
Our trimmed curtains dress your windows with great elegance. Choose the model that will embellish your interior from our collection of embroidered and macramé braids. These are sold as a pair (consisting of a left and a right side), delivered with matching tiebacks, and made to measure in our workshops in the Hauts de France.
Moreover, thanks to our different materials, you can play with transparency while protecting yourself from prying eyes.

In order to help you as best as possible, please find below our advice for measuring your curtains.
#1 - DIMENSIONS

- Measure the height: the height of the trimmed curtain is taken from the top of the pole or from the bottom of your track, to the bottom of the window. Add 2 cm to the height obtained for the top of the curtain. Being made to measure, our curtains can be longer or shorter according to your convenience.

- Measure the width: the width of the trimmed curtain is 1.5 times the width of your curtain rod (between the decorative ends of the pole) or track. You can of course make more or less depending on the amount of gathering you want.
Please note that the dimensions (height and width) of our trimmed curtain include the braid (on the side and bottom).
Trimmed curtain are sold as a pair.
#2 - FINISHES
For all our models of curtains, you will have the choice between 2 finishes of the top:

- Rod pocket finish: 3 cm hem made at the top of the curtain into which the rod is slid in order to hang the curtain in the window. The rod pocket has a 2 cm high head (which is included in the finished height of your curtain).

- Pencil pleat finish: 35 mm wide gathering tape that is added to the top of the curtain to obtain regular and uniform gathers across the entire width. This finish allows the width of the curtain to be adjusted according to the desired gathering effect. Hooks should then be added so that the curtain can be hung from your track or ring rod.
#3 - MATERIALS

FOR TRIMMED CURTAINS WITH EMBROIDERED BRAIDS
Whatever the model of curtain chosen, all our embroidered braids are available in white only.
- Sablé: an airy and refined support, sablé is 100% Polyester to facilitate its maintenance. It lets the light through and protects you from prying eyes.

FOR TRIMMED CURTAINS WITH MACRAME BRAIDS
Whatever the model of curtain chosen, all our macramé braids are available in white and champagne.
- Sablé : airy and refined material, the sablé is 100% Polyester to facilitate its maintenance. It lets the light through while protecting you from outside eyes.
- Voile : Very light, fluid and transparent curtain that lets the light in. Its 100% polyester composition allows for easy maintenance.
- Tergal Lin : a more opaque material with a matt appearance, which filters the light and protects you from outside eyes. Its composition 92% Polyester, 8% Linen allows an easy maintenance.
